Contract \/ Reservation Agreement
<\/strong>The contract (hereinafter referred to as \"reservation\") is created based on a reservation made by the customer and its acceptance by the provider. The customer may request a reservation through the reservation system on the website www.birds-eye-view.sk<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Payments, Billing, and Payment Terms
<\/strong>Payment options:<\/span>
1. Invoice payment option \u2013 You will receive a pro forma invoice by email based on the reservation, with a request for payment. If the pro forma invoice is not paid by the due date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.<\/span>
2. Via Stripe \u2013 You can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2013 The customer is obligated to pay the agreed price for the services provided, based on the reservation confirmation filled in the reservation system on the website www.birds-eye-view.sk<\/span>, which will be sent to the provided email with a payment request or a payment confirmation.<\/span>
\u2013 The provider is entitled to increase accommodation prices if local taxes increase, but only by the amount of the tax increase.<\/span>
Contractual Obligations of the Parties, Accommodation Services, Handover, and Return of Accommodation Space<\/span><\/p>\n

The provider agrees to:<\/span>
Issue and attach an invoice as a tax document.<\/span>
The customer agrees to:<\/span>
\u2013 Respect safety instructions.<\/span>
\u2013 Pay the agreed rental price.<\/span>
\u2013 Comply with the provider's regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check-in \/ check-out<\/strong><\/span>
Check-in: From 14:00 on the day of arrival.<\/span>
Check-out: By 12:00 on the day of departure.<\/span><\/p>\n

Provider\u2019s Regulations<\/strong><\/span>
\u2013 The guest may not move the furniture, make modifications, or interfere with the electrical network or other installations in the rental space without the provider\u2019s consent.<\/span>
\u2013 The customer may not use their own electrical appliances in the rental space.<\/span>
\u2013 Smoking is not allowed indoors. The use of any narcotics or psychotropic substances in the rental space is strictly prohibited.<\/span>
\u2013 It is forbidden to bring any animals into the rental space without prior consultation and approval from the provider.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety Instructions<\/strong><\/span>
Entry to the rental space is allowed only to those who have been informed of the safety instructions and have signed a statement of consent. Only after that will they be allowed to enter the rental space.<\/span><\/p>\n

Children<\/strong><\/span>
Children are allowed to enter the rental space only if accompanied by their legal guardian or an accompanying adult who is fully responsible for them. There is no minimum age for children.<\/span><\/p>\n

Complaints, Cancellation Policy, Changes to Reservation
<\/strong>Complaints are handled:<\/span>
\u2013 By phone (on business days from 9:00 to 17:00 at phone number +421 903 504 406)<\/span>
\u2013 By email (info@birds-eye-view.sk)<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/span>
\u2013 Free cancellation is possible only if the rental is canceled more than 40 days before the rental period.<\/span><\/p>\n

40 - 22 days before arrival:<\/span>
\u2013 If the reservation is canceled within this period before the rental period, the provider guarantees a refund of 80% of the received payment, or the option to change the reservation date within the current season, depending on availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

21 - 8 days before arrival:<\/span>
\u2013 If the reservation is canceled within this period before the rental period, the provider guarantees a refund of 50% of the received payment or the option to change the reservation date within the current season, depending on availability.<\/span><\/p>\n

7 days or less before arrival:<\/span>
